Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Selway Archery. We’re proud to handcraft each bow stringer with care and are committed to getting your order to you safely and efficiently. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.
1. Processing Time
All of our products are handmade in Montana. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak times or large-volume orders, processing may take slightly longer, but we will keep you informed every step of the way.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

Standard Shipping (US): Typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after processing

Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost, depending on your location and carrier availability

International Shipping: We do ship internationally. Shipping times and rates vary by destination. Customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t receive this email within a few days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at selwayarchery@selwayarchery.com.
4. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Selway Archery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
If your order appears delayed or lost, please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to assist.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Selway Archery is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
