Refund Policy

At Selway Archery, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of every handmade stringer we produce. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
1. Returns
We accept returns on unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at selwayarchery@selwayarchery.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Return Conditions:

Items must be unused and in original packaging

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part

We do not accept returns on used products unless there is a proven defect
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund (minus shipping fees, if applicable) will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
3. Exchanges
Need a different item? We’re happy to help with an exchange if the product is unused and in its original condition. Please email us to arrange the exchange.
4. Lifetime Guarantee
All Selway Archery bow stringers come with a lifetime guarantee. If your stringer ever fails due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we’ll repair or replace it, no questions asked. Simply contact us with your order details and a photo of the issue.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible, at no cost to you.
